By downloading or using Night Sky Map ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Cong Huy Co., Ltd.
Use of the app
The app is free for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
Accuracy
Positions, times and events are calculated from published astronomical models and data (for example CelesTrak orbital elements for satellites). They are provided for information and enjoyment and may differ from actual conditions; satellite predictions in particular depend on how recent the orbital data is. Do not rely on the app for navigation or safety-critical purposes.
Safety
Never look at the Sun with the naked eye, binoculars or a telescope without a certified solar filter. Be aware of your surroundings when using the app outdoors at night.
Third-party content
The app includes open data and works used under their licences, listed in the app under Menu › About & Licenses.
